We maintain strict quality oversight at our warehouse; however, if an item is received with a defect or physical damage, please contact us via email.
Evidence: Please provide clear photographs of the damage.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will process a refund or send a replacement.
Convenience: For verified damaged items, you are not required to physically return the item to our New Zealand facility; the photographic evidence is sufficient for us to resolve the matter.
